On-Demand Web Based Videoconference Training

On-Demand web based training is a program where OCFS and PDP are inviting Child Day Care Center Directors and School-Age Child Care Directors to register with us to become an approved On-Demand Trainer. As an approved On-Demand Trainer, you will be able to choose a date and time that works best for you and your staff to complete an On-Demand Training.

You will be able to choose a training topic from a selection of previously webcast videoconferences and download training materials and video to train your staff by following the Trainer's Guide. Remember, all trainees will need to have an ECETP account.

After completing the training with the staff, the approved On-Demand Trainer will need to mail the training materials to the Early Childhood Education and Training Program (ECETP) so training certificates can be accessed on line via the users ECETP account.

How to become an Approved On-Demand Trainer:

  1. You are required to have an ECETP account. Create a new ECETP Account, if you don't have one.
  2. Complete the form to apply to become on On-Demand Trainer.
