The Early Childhood Education and Training Program (ECETP) has an ongoing commitment to providing the highest quality training services.

For more than 10 years, ECETP videoconferences have given child care professionals in New York State a convenient, cost-free way to access the latest information and ideas on early care and education and the best practices for caring for children.
